Dialog 1

 

A:  Good afternoon. May I help you?

A:  Ah yes, Mr. Smith.  May I ask you to the form, please?

B: 

A:  Yes, breakfast is included.

Dialog 2

 

A:  Good evening.  May I help you?

B:  a single room, please.

A: 

B:  No, I don't have a reservation.

A: 

B:  Just for tonight.

A: 

B:  Non-smoking, please.

A:  OK.  Let me check to see if there are ...  Ah, yes, we have a vacant room on the 5th floor. 

B:  Excellent! 

A:  It's $75 per night plus tax.

B:  OK.  Great.

A:  this form for me, please?

B:  Sure.  By the way,

A:  You can pay at checkout.

B:  And do you

A:  Yes, we do.  We accept VISA and MasterCard.

                                                                

Dialog 3

 

A:  Hello, Front Desk.  May I help you?

B:  Hi, this is 234.  an extra pillow, please?

A:  Sure. 

B:  Great!  And I'd like a call tomorrow morning.

A: 

B:  6 a.m., please. 

A:  OK.  No problem.

B:  Thanks a lot.

A: 

 

Dialog 4

 

A:  Good evening.  May I help you?

B:  Hi.  a restaurant in this hotel?

A:  Yes,  to the left of the lobby, and on the 11th floor.

B:  OK.  in the morning?

A:  Breakfast is served between 6:30 am to 11 am.

B:  Great!  Oh, the business center?  my email.

A:  The business center is located to the right of the lobby.

B:  Excellent!  Thanks.

A: 

 

Dialog 5

 

A:  Good afternoon.  ?

B:  Well, I surely hope so.  I have a couple of problems with my room.

A:  Oh, I am sorry to hear that.  May I have

B:  Room 1394.

A:  And the problems?

B:  Well,  first, in my room.  It's cold in there!  And my room faces the main street.  It's very at night!  I couldn't sleep at all last night! 

A:  Oh dear!

B:  Well, change my room?

A:  Umm... Let me check to see if Well, I can let you have Room 1210.  It the rose garden so it should be very quiet.

B:  Good! 

A:  You are welcome.  I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

B:
