• Hi, how are we doing today?

• Hello, how are you this evening?

• Hi, my name's Terry.  I'll be your waiter this evening.

• I'm John.  I'll be your server this evening.

• Would you like to order something to drink first?

• Would you like to order something to drink while you are looking at the menu?

• Would you like to start with something to drink?
